Overall, I was very pleased with the service that Vlad provided. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to offer suggestions.

The work that was done on the internal door was outstanding. The new location of the door looks like it has always been there and it has greatly improved the flow of the living room. The removal of the fireplace was done carefully and with great attention to detail.

Throughout the process, Vlad communicated clearly and regularly, ensuring that I was always aware of what was happening and when. He also took care to minimize disruption to the rest of the house, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day.

Loft Insulation and boarding up the loft

Vlad just finished insulating our loft and boarding it up for storage. Job was done very professionally and quickly. Vlad took care of all aspects of planning ordering, receiving the order when it was delivered and the job itself. He advised before hand of our options and we decided to extend up the joists to allow for mineral wool insulation to be inserted in between extended rafters, which then very boarded up, so we can use it for storage. This is not our first time using Vlad's services and for sure will be using his service again.

Solved in a couple of hours what others had tried to solve over 8 months. 

Our fitted Kitchen from one of the High Street suppliers was fitted last year. Within a few weeks the doors on the integrated Fridge Freezer unit started to snag on the carcass. The suppliers own team failed to solve the issue over a number of visits and 8 months. 

Having reached the end of my patience I contacted the Ombudsmen. Within a week Vlad had been asked to help out, and what a breath of fresh air. He called the day before and talked through the issue. Confirmed a time for the following day, turned up on time and looked at the issue. We then discussed a few options and having agreed the best option Vlad got on with the job. Vlad identified that the original fitters had missed a couple of fittings. Vlad directed me to the Ridge Freezer manufacturers web site and I ordered the missing parts. Vlad made a temporary fix, and explained how to install the fittings once they arrived. I can't recommend Vlad enough

Well, to be honest, I can't fault Vlad. The work he has carried out on our property has been amazing, so much better than the crap that Taylor Wimpy fitted. 

You hear so many horror stories of builders doing a shoddy job these days but I instilled my faith in him that when we went away, we left our home in good hands. Came back to a brand spanking new kitchen, and even with a few minor adjustments needed here and there (not on his part) Wren units, these were quickly solved with no hesitation.

So please with the work that we're going to be using his companies services again to make our lounge as good as the kitchen.
